Top Foods to help ease morning sickness

There are certain things which make your pregnancy very unpleasant, one of them is morning sickness.

Our top foods that will ease morning sickness:

  • Cold foods (sandwiches, raw vegetables, salad when properly prepared to prevent listeria)
  • Keep meals small, but eat as frequently as you need
  • Lemons (Eat them, suck on them, or sniff them.)
  • Ginger (ginger ale soda, ginger tea, ginger jam on toast, ginger snaps)
  • Peppermint tea

Morning sickness usually wears out through the day, we only recommend the above but it is best to get your doctor’s advice first.
